What is this training program all about?

This training will enhance your knowledge and understanding of system architecture in a high-tech business environment. You will also learn how to reason about system architectures from a marketing, business and technology point-of-view. By the end of the training you will have a working knowledge of how to gain insight in the application of your product and the complexities of the market. This will allow you to translate overall product objectives into technical solutions, accommodating the product’s requirements, and ensuring design integration across disciplines.

Special attention will be paid to architecting business critical performance attributes. These attributes are generally time, resource and throughput related. Participants will develop an open, reflective, critical and problem solving attitude and related skills. This will be combined with applying practical models and methods.
